PURCHASING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
following terms and conditions apply to all Nutra-Fix™ products
on this website, with the exception of the 'NutraFX Nutra-Culture™' Fodder

Most orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends)
of receipt. Allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery to most
of Canada and the United States. International orders could
take from 10 to 21 days.
Our standard method of shipping within Canada and the USA
is via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Service for all orders
of $50.00 or more. UPS does not deliver to P.O Boxes, therefore
you should include a complete and valid street address, zip
and area code telephone number with your order. Allow 5 to
10 working days for delivery in most regular service areas.
Orders below $50.00 ship via Air Mail only, allow 10 to 15
working days for delivery in most regions of Canada and the
US - No tracking is available with this service - Shipping
date e-mail confirmation only.
Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.
Do not count these days, or the day your package is picked
up from our warehouse by UPS, when estimating your delivery
We do NOT request or require a signature for UPS deliveries,
but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one
is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the
risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at
your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your UPS
driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature.
This also applies to any special shipping instructions that
you have asked us to include on your shipping label.
As a customer, you are responsible to comply with International,
National or local laws regulating importation of products that
you may purchase.
If an order sent by us to you is refused delivery by Customs
due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, Nutra-Fix™ is not
to be held responsible for any losses or costs incurred by
the customer. If the shipment is abandoned the customer will
not receive a refund or credit of any kind. If in any case
we received a return of any shipment refused by Customs authorities
of any country, Nutra-Fix™ will credit the customer for the
value of the unopened and untampered products purchased. No
refund on shipping charges incurred for the return of the shipment
or shipping charges sending the product. There is usually not
an importation problem, but occasionally they occur. By ordering,
you agree to be bound by these terms.
If your order is considered to be HIGH-RISK, your order will
be declined and voided. Each individual International order
is evaluated individually to determine potential loss and some
International orders may be declined at our choice. Please
be aware that this is no fault to you, but only a safety consideration
for us to reduce fraud.
International Customers will only have the AIR MAIL option
available and will have a an additional $15.00 handling charge
that will be added to International orders. Receiver is responsible
for all exported content. It is the consumers responsibility
to know the laws and regulations for importing products into
their country. Receiver is responsible for any losses and Nutra-Fix™
can not guarantee successful delivery due to import/export
laws and regulations, that the consumer is responsible for.
It is the consumers sole responsibility to only order what
is legal and accepted for sale in their country. Receiver is
responsible for duty and/or any other local charges.
Normal Delivery Times:
Delivery times are usually affected by customs proccessing.
However, depending on the country of destination, you can expect
delivery times from date of factory shipping confirmation,
Canada, U.S.A.: 7 to 10 days
Australia, Asia, Europe, Japan: 10 to 21 days.
Mexico, Italy, Central America, South America, Middle East:
1 to 3 weeks
All pre-authorized returns should be initiated within 15 days
of delivery and are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover
shipping and handling. We will not accept any collect unauthorized
returns containing used or opened merchandise. Customers are
responsible for all shipping charges on return or replacement
